Ingredients:
Button Mushrooms - 450 gms, cleaned
Virgin Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
Red Onion - 1, chopped
Hung Curd - 2 tblsp
Chilli Powder - a pinch
Black Pepper - a pinch, ground
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves - 2 tblsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
2. Saute the onions for 3 minutes and add the mushrooms.
3. Saute for 3 more minutes until soft.
4. Add the curd, chilli powder, pepper, salt and coriander leaves.
5. Stir well.
6. Serve hot.
