Ingredients:
Squid - 250 gms, cleaned
Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Szechuan Peppercorns - 2 tsp, crushed
Garlic - 2 cloves, crushed
Onion - 1, small, chopped
Mangetout - 250 gms
Tamari Sauce - 2 tsp
Chinese Rice Wine - 1 tblsp
Method:
1. Cut the squid into slices and score with a criss-cross pattern.
2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan over high heat.
3. Add the chilli, peppercorns, garlic and onion.
4. Stir fry quickly for a minute and then remove from the pan.
5. Add the mangetout and stir-fry for a minute.
6. Add the squid to pan.
7. Mix well.
8. Add the tamari sauce and rice wine.
9. Stir-fry for a few seconds.
10. Serve immediately.
