KalKals Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup Rava
3 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 cup grated Coconut
1 cup Maida
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Coconut milk, extracted
1 1/2 cups Sugar
Ghee for frying

Method:
1. Mix rava, maida, eggs, butter, coconut milk and cardamom powder.
2. Add water if needed and knead a stiff dough.
3. Roll out small circles.
4. Mark with a greased fork and turn so that the shape of a serroted shell is made.
5. Make all kalkals and fry in hot ghee till golden.
6. Mix sugar with 1 1/2 cups water and when it is thick, dip each kalkal in it and leave to dry.
7. Cool and store.
8. You can upto about 50 kalkals with this recipe.

very tasty kalkals
I tried them making the kalkals ,they turned out so tasty,I am going to tell my friends about this recipe
