Ingredients:
Dried Red Chillies - 6, large, deseeded and chopped
Ginger - 1 inch piece, peeled and roughly diced
Garlic Cloves - 6, peeled and diced
Coconut - 2 tblsp, desiccated
Cinnamon - 1 inch piece, broken
Cloves - 2
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
Aniseed Powder - 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg Powder - a pinch
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add some water and grind to a thick consistency.
3. Store in a fridge.
4. Can be stored for upto 3 days.
