250 gms flour.
100 gms cottage cheese (paneer)
4 cloves crushed
1 teaspoon king’s cumin
2 green chillies
2 pieces cinnamon ground
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
2 brown cardamom crushed
½ teaspoon salt to give taste
2 cup ghee.
1. Mix salt and cumin with atta. Rub well and knead.
2. Mix jeera, green chillies, cinnamon, ilaichee, and salt with paneer and whip well.
3. Make 18-20 balls from the dough.
4. Stuff the balls with paneer and roll them to make poories. Heat ghee in a khadai and fry poories.
