Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2, peeled and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
Refined Oil
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
For the Marinade:
Yogurt - 1 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 3/4 tsp
Black Salt - 3/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 tsp
Ajwain - 3/4 tsp
Method:
1. Parboil the potatoes till half-cooked.
2. Drain and keep aside till cool.
3. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
4. Add the potatoes and keep aside for 30 minutes.
5. Skewer the potatoes and roast in an oven at 180C for 4 to 5 minuutes.
6. Remove and baste with oil.
7. Roast again for 3 minutes.
8. Heat 3/4 tsp of oil in a frying pan.
9. Fry the skewered potato over moderate heat till crisp.
10. Remove and drain excess oil.
11. Sprinkle chaat masala on top.
12. Serve hot.
