Ingredients:
Paneer - 300 gms, cut into 1 inch cubes
Oil - 3 tblsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tsp
Onion - 2, small, chopped
Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 3 tblsp
Cumin Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Tomato - 3 tblsp, chopped
Fenugreek Leaves - 4 tblsp, dried
Butter - 2 tblsp
Cream - 5 tblsp
Ginger - 3 tsp, julienned
Method:
1. Heat oil in a kadhai over moderate heat.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Add chopped onions and saute for 2 more minutes.
4. Add the masala powders and salt.
5. Stir.
6. Add chopped tomato and fenugreek leaves.
7. Saute for a few minutes.
8. Add paneer cubes and toss gently.
9. Add butter and stir for 2 minutes.
10. Add cream and stir for a minute.
11. Remove from heat.
12. Garnish with ginger juliennes.
13. Serve hot.
