Ingredients :

Thick curd - 3 cups
Ice cubes - 3-4.
1 tsp salt or 3 tsp sugar (depending on if you want
sweet or salty lassi)
Water

Method :

1.  Crush the ice cubes in the blender.
2.  Add the curd, water and salt/sugar.
3.  Run the blender for about 1 minute.
4.  Serve chilled.
