Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 400 gms, diced
Onion - 2, chopped
Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Tomatoes - 2, diced
Mustard Paste - 4 tsp
Green Chillies - 3 to 4, split
Mustard Oil - 2 tblsp
Water - 2 tblsp
Method:
1. Grind mustard seeds and garlic together.
2. In a pan, mix all the ingredients.
3. Cover with a lid and Cook till done.
4. Remove the lid.
5. Cook till it becomes dry and the water has evaporated.
6. Transfer it to a serving dish.
7. Serve with rice or roti.
