Ingredients:
Rice - 4 cups
Bayleaf - 2
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 2 tblsp
Sugar - 6 to 8 tblsp
Green Gram Dal - 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Water - 7 to 8 cups
Coconut - 1, grated
Method:
1. In a pressure cooker add rice, bayleaf, salt, dal and turmeric powder.
2. Add water and pressure cook for 3 to 5 minutes or till cooked.
3. Transfer it to a pan.
4. Add sugar, ghee and grated coconut.
5. Mix well.
6. Serve.
