Ingredients:
Fine Rava - 250 gms
Sugar - 250 gms
Almonds - 200 to 250 gms, ground
Khoya - 250 gms, unsweetened
Saffron - 1/8 tsp
Cardamoms - 3 to 4, powdered
Ghee - 100 to 125 gms
Method:
1. Add a little hot water to the rava.
2. Mix well to soften.
3. Keep it in a container, away from light, for 30 minutes.
4. Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
5. Transfer them into a baking dish.
6. Cook in a oven for 30 to 40 minnutes till the centre gets cooked and it is resembles a cake.
7. Remove and serve.
