Pulusu Atukulu Recipe

Ingredients:
Poha – 500 gms
Oil – 1/2 cup
Grounuts – 2 tblsp
Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 2, finely sliced
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli – 2
Ginger – 1 tsp, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 2 tsp, chopped
Juice of 1 Lime

Method:
1. Pour water over the poha to make it wet and drain the water.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add groundnuts, dal, onion, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
4. Fry for a while.
5. Add salt as per taste.
6. Mix with the poha, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.
7. Garnish with the lime juice.
8. Serve.
