Ingredients:
Fish – 500 gms, cut into 2 inch fillets
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tblsp
Onions – 3, finely sliced
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 6
Curry Leaves – few
Coconut Cream – 1 1/2 cups
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped

Dry roast and Grind together:
Coriander Powder – 2 tblsp
Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
Sesame Seeds – 2 tblsp

Method:
1. Marinte the fish fillets with turmeric, salt and 1/4 tsp garlic.
2. Mix the remaining garlic paste with the roasted spices.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Fry the onions, mustard seeds and red chillies till brown.
5. Add the ground roasted spices, curry leaves and salt.
6. Add half the coconut cream to the fried mixture.
7. Cook for a few minutes.
8. Add the fish fillets, rest of the coconut cream, tomatoes and 1 cup water.
9. Simmer till fish is cooked.
10. Add the coriander leaves and bring to a boil.
11. Remove and serve hot with plain rice.
