Khageena (Hyderabadi Scrambled Eggs) Recipe

Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tblsp
Onions - 2, finely sliced
Tomatoes - 2, finely chopped
Green Chillies - 3, chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Gingar Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Eggs - 6
Butter - 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves - handful, chopped

Method:
1. Heat oil and fry the onions till golden brown.
2. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and ginger garlic paste.
3. Mix well over low heat.
4. Cook till the tomatoes are soft and the liquid dries.
5. Beat the eggs.
6. Add the melted butter, salt, eggs and coriander leaves.
7. Turn down the heat and scramble the eggs till done.
8. Serve hot.
