Stuffed Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:
Hard-boiled Eggs - 4
Mushrooms - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Spring Onions - 50 gms, chopped
White Sauce - 1 cup
Tomato Sauce - 1 tblsp
Cheese - 1/2 cup, grated

Method:
1. Cut the eggs in half, lengthwise.
2. Remove the yolks.
3. Mash and mix with the mushrooms, spring onions, salt and pepper.
4. Stuff back into the egg-white halves.
5. Mix the white sauce and tomato sauce together.
6. Arrange the eggs in a shallow baking dish.
7. Cover with the white sauce mixture.
8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
9. Bake in a moderate oven till the cheese melts.
10. Remove and serve.

I added 1tsp of homemade mayonnaise to the stuffing mixture, as a variation
