Ingredients:
Frozen Strawberries - 150 gms
Single Cream - 100 ml
Cold Full-Cream Milk - 200 ml
Caster Sugar - 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves

Method:
1. Put the strawberries, cream, milk and caster sugar into a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses.
3. Garnish with mint leaves.
4. Serve chilled.
