Ingredients:
Black Cherries - 150 gms
Large scoops of White Chocolate Ice Cream - 3
Milk - 150 ml
Method:
1. Halve and stone the black cherries.
2. Put these into a food processor and process until pureed.
3. Add the ice cream and milk and process briefly to mix well.
4. Pour into glasses and serve.
