Paneer Baby Corn Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer - 1 cup, chopped
Baby Corn - 1 cup, chopped
Potato - 1, boiled, peeled and chopped fine
Sugar - 2 tsp
Onion - 1, chopped
Oil - 1 tbsp
Green Chillies - 2 to 3
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Mustard Seed - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Ground Pepper to Taste

Method:
1. Chop baby corn and boil it.
2. Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds and fry for a few seconds.
3. Add the onion and fry till transparent.
4. Add the potatoes, corn and paneer and season well with salt and pepper.
5. Cook for a minute.
6. Then remove from heat and allow it to cool.
7. Add the lime juice and sugar.
8. Pour in a serving dish.
9. Serve hot or cold with mint chutney or tamarind chutney.
