Ingredients:
Paneer - made from 1 litre Milk or 250 gms
Onions - 2, finely ground
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Tomatoes - 2, pureed
Curd - 1 cup
Coconut - 1/4 cup, fresh, ground
Cashewnuts - 1 tsp, ground
Green Chillies - 5, ground
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Poppy Seeds - 1 tsp, ground
Oil - 4 tbsp
Tinned Corn - 1 cup, fresh
Coriander Leaves
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil and fry the onion till brown.
2. Add the ginger paste and saute for half a minute.
3. Then add the coconut, poppy seeds and green chilli paste and fry for half a minute.
4. Add the tomato puree, beaten curd, all the dry masalas, cashewnut paste and salt.
5. Cook till it leaves oil.
6. Add the paneer cubes, corn and 2 cups paneer water.
7. Cook for 10 minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot.
