Ingredients:
Mussels - 16, in shells
Squids - 250 gms, cleaned, cubed
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves - 2, chopped
Spring Onions - 6, sliced
Basil Leaves - 20, fresh
Fish Sauce - 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Red/ Green Chilli - 1, deseeded, chopped
Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp
Prawns - 200 gms, peeled, uncooked
Method:
1. Scrub the mussels, remove any dirt or beard and rinse well.
2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
3. Add the garlic and spring onions.
4. Fry for 1 minute.
5. Add the remaining ingredients except the squids and prawns.
6. Cook covered for 5 to 6 minutes.
7. Discard the mussels that do not open.
8. Add the squids and prawns.
9. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or till they are cooked.
10. Serve hot.
