Ingredients:
Full Fat Milk or Soya Milk - 300 ml
Plain Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Maple Syrup - 1 tbsp
Blackberries - 3
Blueberries - 50 gms
Blackcurrants - 25 gms
Roasted Sesame Seeds for garnish
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until combined and frothy.
2. Pour into tall glasses.
3. Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds over the top and serve immediately.
