Ingredients:
Bottle Gourd - 1 cup, grated
Cashewnuts
Badam
Pista
Milk - 500 ml
Ghee - 3 to 4 tsp
Gasa Gasa (poppy seeds) - 1/2 cup, soaked in water
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Add bottle gourd and fry.
3. Meanwhile, grind the soaked poppy seeds.
4. Boil the milk and add the ground poppy seed paste.
5. Stir continuously.
6. Add sugar.
7. Add the fried bottle gourd and mix well.
8. Garnish with badam, pista and cashews.
9. Serve.
