Ingredients:
White Vinegar – 5 tbsp
Plum Jam – 4 tbsp
Red Chilli – 1, fresh, finely sliced

Method:
1. In a small pan, add the white vinegar and plum jam.
2. Heat gently for 2 minutes, mixing continuously.
3. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
4. Before serving add the red chilli.
