Prawn Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
Prawn - 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Onion - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1/2 cup
Jeera - 2 tsp, powdered
Coriander Leaves - as required
Pepper Powder - 2 to 3 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 cup
Red Chilli - 4 to 5
Garlic - 10 flakes
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Bay Leaf - 2
Cloves - 3
Curry Leaves
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the mustard seeds, red chilli, bay leaf, cloves, garlic, chopped onionn and curry leaves.
3. Fry for a minute or two.
4. Add the powdered jeera, ginger garlic paste and the tomatoes.
5. Continue to fry for another 2 minutes.
6. Add the prawns and mix well.
7. Now add red chilli powder, salt and pepper powder.
8. Mix well and continue frying.
9. Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
10. Serve hot.
