Ingredients:
Vadam – long sized, broken into 2 pieces
Sandwich Cheese – 1 cup
Garlic Cheese – 1/4 cup (optional)
Red Capsicum – 1 cup
Green Capsicum – 1 cup
Yellow Capsicum – 1 cup
Onion – 1 small cup
Oil
Tomato – 1 cup, seeds and flesh removed

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vadam.
2. In another pan add the three coloured capsicums and fry for 30 to 45 seconds.
3. Add the onions and tomato.
4. Fry for 30 to 60 seconds.
5. Add the sandwich cheese and mix nicely.
6. Before serving,  add the crisp vadams. At this stage add the garlic cheese if using.
7. Serve.
