Keema Chapati Recipe
Ingredients:
Keema - 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 6
Bay Leaf - 2
Cinnamon - 2
Turmeric Powder - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - handful
Method:
1. In a pressure cooker add keema, onion, tomato, green chilli, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and salt.
2. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves and mix well.
3. Add 2 glasses of water and pressure cook for 5 whistles.
4. Mix the wheat flour into a chapati dough.
5. Heat oil in a pan and add the cooked keema mixture.
6. On a low flame, cook till the keema becomes dry.
7. Make small circle with the chapati dough.
8. Keep 1 or 2 tbslp keema ingredients.
9. Close and roll nicely using wheat flour.
10. In a non-stick pan fry the stuffed chapati.
11. Serve hot with onion pachadi.
