Tandoori Jal Pari Recipe
Ingredients:
Pomfret Fish - 500 gms
For the Masala:
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblsp
Red Chilli Paste - 1/2 tblsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tblsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Tandoor Masala - 1 tsp
Method:
1. Marinate the fish with all the masalas for 30 to 45 minutes.
2. Roast the fish in the tandoor.
3. Remove and serve hot.
