Paneer Tikka Kali Mirch Recipe
Ingredients:
Cashewnuts - 100 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Cheese - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/4 cup
Cream - 100 gms
Black Pepper - 2 to 3 tsp, crushed
Panner - 150 gms, cubed
Method:
1. Boil the cashews in a vessel and grind to a fine paste.
2. Mix together the ginger garlic paste, cheese, curd, cream and crushed black pepper.
3. Add to the cashew paste.
4. Blend it well.
5. Marinate the paneer in the cashew mixture.
6. Apply on seekh and roast in the tandoor for 10 minutes.
7. When done, remove and serve with green chutney.
