Dim Sum Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:
Dim Sum - 10
Spring Onions - 1/2 cup, chopped
Tomato - 1, chopped
Coriander Leaves - 3 tsp, chopped
Green Chillies - 1 or 2, chopped
Oil - 3 tsp
Red Chilli Paste - 1 tsp
Rice or Dal Pakoras - 8 to 10
Peanuts to garnish
Aloo Bhujia to garnish

Method:
1. Heat the oil and fry the spring onions for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Add the tomatoes, green chillies and chilli paste.
3. Mix in the pakoras.
4. Finally add the dimsums and toss gently.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves, peanuts and bhujia.
