Ingredients:
Vegetable Stock - 200 ml
Celery - 2 tblsp, chopped
Mixed Vegetables - 1 cup
Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Bring the vegetable stock to boil.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Continue to simmer for at least 7 to 8 minutes.
4. Remove and serve hot in small soup bowls.
