Grilled Open Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:
Bread Slices - 10, cut into halves
Cheese Spread - 3 tblsp

For the Topping:
Tomatoes - 2, chopped
Onions - 2, chopped
Beans - 1/2 cup, chopped finely
Paremesan Cheese - 100 gms, cut into small pieces
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Dill - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 2 tsp, finely chopped
Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil and stir fry the vegetables adding all the spices.
2. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Spread the cheese spread on the slices.
4. Place a portion of the vegetables on each of the slices.
5. Grill in an oven till crispy and golden brown.
6. Serve with ketchup.
