Gooseberry Pulao Recipe

Basmati Rice – 2 cups
Oil – 1 tblsp
Mixed Herbs – 2 tsp
Gooseberries – 1 cup

1. Leave some of the gooseberries whole and cut a few into halves.
2. Heat the oil in a pan.
3. Stir fry the rice.
4. Add the mixed herbs and the berries.
5. Toss gently and serve as a pulao.
