Saffron Masala Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 2 cups
Oil - 1 tblsp
Saffron Strands - 2, mixed in 3 tblsp lukewarm milk
Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Mango Powder - 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Stir-fry the rice.
3. Add the saffron strands, jeera powder and mango powder.
4. Serve hot with papad and raita.
