Sprouts and Capsicum Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
Moong Sprouts - 1/4 cup
Capsicum - 1, cut into thin strips
Radish - 1, sliced
Green Onions - 2 tblsp, sliced
Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
Lime Juice - 2 tblsp
Garlic Flakes - 1, crushed
Tomato Rings
Pepper Powder to taste

Method:
1. Mix the sprouts, radish, capsicum and green onion.
2. Mix olive oil with lime juice and garlic.
3. Put into the vegetables, chill and put in a serving dish.
4. Decorate with tomato slices and sprinkle with pepper powder.
5. A healthy salad is ready.
