Sweet and Sour Cabbage Recipe

Cabbage – 2 cups, shredded
Green Capsicums – 2 red and 2 green, cut into matchstick like strips
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Ajinomoto – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Heat 3 tblsp oil in a pan.
2. Add capsicums and fry over high heat for a minute.
3. Remove and keep aside.
4. In the same oil add cabbage and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add 1 tblsp more oil.
6. Add salt and capsicums.
7. Mix well and add sugar, vinegar and ajinomoto.
8. Cook for 2 more minutes.
9. Serve hot.
