Ingredients:
Oats Powder - 1 cup
Onion - 1/2, finely chopped
Tomato - 1/2, finely chopped
Green Chilli - 1/2, finely chopped
Kasoori Methi - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 tblsp, chopped
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Water - 3/4 cup
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
2. Add water to make it as a batter of pouring consistency.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Spread the batter to make it as a pancake, add oil to its side.
5. Cook on both sides.
6. Serve hot with tomato chutney or mint chutney.
