Chinese Vegetarian Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
Water - 1 litre
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes - 100 gms
Green Onions - 4, thinly sliced
French Beans - 100 gms, shredded
Carrots - 100 gms, shredded
Cabbage - 100 gms, shredded
Paneer - 100 gms, chopped very finely
Soya Sauce - 1 tblsp
Til Oil - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste

Method:
1. Boil tomatoes in water till soft.
2. Pass through a sieve.
3. Mix all the vegetables and spices.
4. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add soya sauce, til oil and paneer.
6. Serve at once.

Note: If you want you can add a handful of boiled noodles.
