Ingredients:
Curd - 2 cups
Fresh Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 1/2 cup, mashed
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Black Salt - 3/4 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
Mint Powder - 1/2 tsp
Fresh Mint Leaves
Water
Crushed Ice
Method:
1. Put curd, paneer, salt and masalas in mixer jar.
2. Run the mixer.
3. Add 2 cups water and mix again.
4. Put crushed ice and churn again.
5. Pour in glasses, decorate with mint and serve.
