Five Cereal Meal Recipe

Ingredients:
Bajra - 50 gms
Jowhar - 50 gms
Sprouted Wheat - 50 gms
Moong Dal - 50 gms
Til Seeds - 20 gms
Ghee - 2 tblsp
Onion - 1, sliced
Capsicum - 1 red and 1 yellow, sliced
Green Chillies - 2, slit into halves
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Mix all the cereals together.
2. Heat the oil and fry the onions and green chillies till the onions are translucent.
3. Add the capsicums and fry for another 1 minute.
4. Lower the heat and mix in the cereals.
5. Cook on low fire adding salt to taste for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add 3 cups of water and pressure cook till the grains are soft like a khichdi.
7. Adjust the water as required to cook the grains.
8. Serve with raita.
