Dal Puri Recipe

Ingredients:
Maida – 500 gms
Moong Dal – 100 gms
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Oil – 4 tblsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Onion – 1, chopped
Green Chillies – 2
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Mix moong dal, red chili powder, coriander, garam masala, garlic, green chilli and onion.
2. Grind it.
3. Add oil and paste in maida.
4. Add water and make dough out of it.
5. Make small balls out of the dough and roll it out to make puris.
6. Deep fry in oil.
7. Remove and serve.
