Methi Sprouts Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
Fenugreek Sprouts - 1/2 cup
Cucumber - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Apple - 1/2 cup, peeled and finely chopped
Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
Grapes - 1/2 cup
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. To make fenugreek sprouts, soak the fenugreek seeds overnight.
2. Remove the water and keep covered in a warm place for 1-2 days.
3. Mix all the ingredients and serve immediately.
