Parsley – 3/4 cup, finely chopped
Garlic – 1 clove
Unsalted Butter – 1 stick
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
1. Finely chop the parsley and garlic in a food processor.
2. Add the butter, salt to taste, pepper and puree until smooth.
3. Spread over the bread slice.
4. Put the cut sides facing each other.
5. Wrap in a foil and place in an oven just to warm.
6. Serve hot.
