Biscuit Roll Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer – 1/2 cup
Salted Biscuits – 1 cup, crushed
Milk – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1, chopped
Capsicum – 1/2
Butter – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as required
Chilli Powder as per taste

Method:
1. Fry flour, onion and capsicum.
2. Add milk and stir till thick.
3. Remove from fire and blend in paneer, salt, pepper, chilli powder and biscuit crumbs.
4. Mix well and keep for 10-15 minutes in fridge.
5. Shape rolls.
6. Roll in extra biscuit crumbs and fry till done.
