Mint and Coriander Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
Fresh Mint Leaves - 2 handfuls
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 handfuls
Green Chillies - 2, chopped
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Lime Juice - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Grind all the ingredients together in a mixie.
2. Or you can use a traditional grinding stone as well.
3. This chutney stays for 3 to 4 days if kept in the fridge.
