Ingredients:
Brinjal - 1 large, 500 gms
Ghee - 4 tblsp
Onion - 1, medium, sliced
Curd - 8 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - powdered, pinch
Garlic - 6 cloves, ground
Method:
1. Peel the brinjal and slice finely.
2. Heat ghee and fry the brinjal til lightly coloured.
3. Drain and keep aside.
4. In the same ghee fry onion till pale gold.
5. Drain.
6. Whip curd and pass it through a sieve.
7. Add the aubergine, onion, salt, peppet and chilli.
8. Put the ground garlic in a muslin cloth and squeeze the juice into the curd mixture.
9. Stir and chill.
10. Serve.
