Dum ke Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
Mutton - 500 gms, minced
Onions - 2, medium, finely chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Green Chillies - 6, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1 cup, finely chopped
Almonds - 6, roasted and finely powdered
Cashewnuts - 6, roasted and finely powdered
Thick Yogurt - 1 cup
Bengal Gram - 2 tblsp, roasted and powdered
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Knead well and refrigerate for 3 hours.
3. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish and level it.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for about 30 minutes, till it turns golden brown.
5. Serve hot.
