Broccoli Cheese Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:
Broccoli - 3, finely chopped
Potato - 2, boiled and finely chopped
Oil - 2 tsp
Cheese - 150 to 200 gms
Carrot - 1, chopped
Atta - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 1 tsp, finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Onion - 1, finely chopped

Method:
1. Mix atta in a bowl with broccoli, onion, cheese, carrot, green chillies and potatoes.
2. Mix well and prepare it into a nice dough.
3.Roll out 2 medium sized thick chapatis
4. Fry on tava till brown on normal flame.
5. Serve hot.
