Ingredients:
Small Onions - 2 cups, finely chopped or grated
Tomatoes - 1 cup, grated
Raw Mango - 1 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp
Red Chillies - 2 to 3
Salt as per taste
Green Chillies - 5, grated
Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya) Powder - 3 tsp
Lady Fish - 7 to 8
Coconut - 1 cup, grated
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Garlic - 8 flakes
Tamarind Extract - 1 cup

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add mustard seeds, red chilli, coriander leaves, green chillies and garlic.
3. Add onions, tomatoes, turmeric powder and boil for sometime.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds.
5. Add the chilli powder and dhaniya powder.
6. Add the tamarind extract and cook for some time.
7. When it starts to boil, add the lady fish.
8. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
9. Add the grated coconut.
10. Allow it to simmer for a while.
11. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
12. Serve hot with plain rice.
