Ingredients:
Bengal Gram Flour - 3 cup
Rice Flour - 2 cup
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Dhania Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Carrot - 1/2 cup, finely grated
Green Chilli - 4, chopped
Ginger - 1 tsp, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 to 1 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add green chillies and ginger.
3. Add the cauliflower and carrot.
4. Fry together and keep aside.
5. Add all the flour together in a bowl.
6. Add the fried vegetables, turmeric powder, dhania powder, ajwain and salt.
7. Mix together with a little oil.
8. Make small round balls and make chapati's.
