Special Mixture Recipe

Ingredients:
Kara Boondi - 4 cups
Cashewnuts - 1/2 cup
Roasted Bengal Gram - 100 gms
Ajwain Sev (Ompodi) - 4 cups
Groundnut - 1/4 kg
Asafoetida - a pinch
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Beaten Rice - 100 gms
Ghee - 2 tblsp
Curry Leaves - 1 bunch, chopped
Oil - for deep frying
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Fry cashewnuts, roasted bengal gram, groundnuts, beaten rice and curry leaves in ghee separately.
2. Mix all the fried items along with kara boondi, ajwain sev, asafoetida, red chilli powder, curry leaves and salt.
3. Mix well and put all the ingredients in a big bowl and close it with a lid.
4. Shake the mixture thoroughly.
